Delivery
Tutus ordered by 1.00 pm Monday to Friday and should be dispatched the following day by Royal Mail Recorded delivery*. (Please see Royal Mail terms for Weekend and Bank Holliday deliveries. www.royalmail.com) This service is available for UK Mainland Only. All other products will be dispatched on the Monday-Wednesday-Friday* of the working week excluding Bank Holidays. All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home Monday to Friday please give an alternative address where there will be someone to sign for the goods.

Orders over £85 are sent Royal Mail Special Next Day with Insurance*
Orders £85 and under are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery*.

* Excluding week-ends and Bank Holidays. Subject to stock availability. We cannot accept liability for late or lost deliveries. No postage refunds for late deliveries.
The Royal Mail postal receipt/ tracking number will be available on request.

 

Price policy

Unless specified to the contrary quotations in respect of price are made by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer at the time of order but before delivery of any increase in price. The Buyer may cancel the order if any such notice by the Seller is given.

 

Returns & exchanges

All returns:
* must be sent within 3 working days to Tutus2u. 39 Atlas Road. Scunthorpe. North Lincolnshire. DN17 1BZ for either an exchange or a refund. Orders are double checked however if any errors occur please inform us within 24HRS, by email or Phone 01724866790, from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. Please send by recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid or poorly packed return parcels.
* must be sent in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
All Body Wear items e.g. .Leotards, Tights, Socks etc.subject to our hygiene policy and special orders are a final sale. Items washed, altered, marked or modified in any way will not be exchanged or refund given. When trying shoes please wear a thin ballet sock or take sensible hygiene precautions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Printed items may fade with repeated washing. Always follow the manufacturers washing instructions or seek specialist cleaning advice. DO NOT WASH TUTUS! Printed items cannot be exchanged after the tag is removed.

For a fast process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same reference but different size) will be sent postage paid by Tutus2u mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles/colours ordered in exchange.

There is no charge for exchanges however please note there is a £2 handling charge per item for ALL refunds for goods received after 5 working days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 2 weeks.

 

Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. If you are ordering goods for a Festival, Shows, Birthday or Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. All tutus listed are in stock. Please note that we are closed for annual holidays and between Christmas and New Year. Notice will be posted in the tutus2u shop home pages.
